COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Guidelines for 21 Money IQ™ members
21 Money IQ™ is an open community of learners (children in academic grades 3rd through 8th), parents, school personnel, and the public. We are connected by technology and united by a desire to help children love learning and have access to developing financial literacy skills.
While our open community is our greatest source of strength, it also brings challenges. It is important to us that 21 Money IQ™ is a safe space for our users. Our members should treat each other without bias or prejudice across all pillars of diversity including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender identity, and physical, intellectual, and/or emotional capacity.
Here are some guidelines that we ask our members to observe. 21 Money IQ™ members who do not meet these guidelines will be removed from the site at the sole discretion of 21 Money IQ™.
Parent and/or School personnel Code of Conduct
- Learners should only access the 21 Money IQ™ services under their own enrollment, as themselves. It violates 21 Money IQ™ policy for a learner to use their sibling’s or another learner’s enrollment to access and/or complete one or any lesson.
- Ask questions to clarify any missing details about 21 Money IQ™ services. You can email the 21 Money IQ™ team at info@21moneyiq.com using the subject: User Question.
- Help keep 21 Money IQ™ a safe space for users from all backgrounds, beliefs, and locations.
Learner Code of Conduct
- Be kind: Help other learners feel welcome and included. Ask questions to other learners as you use the 21 Money IQ™ platform. You can ask us questions by emailing us at info@21moneyiq.com and writing in the subject line: Student Question.
- Be safe: Keep your personal information private and never ask other learners for theirs (e.g., email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.).
- Be respectful: Treat the 21 Money IQ™ platform, student workbook, and other learners as you want to be treated. Print your full name on each of your student workbook(s) and do not lose your materials. Contact your school or parent should your student workbook get lost or damaged.
21 Money IQ™ Code of Conduct
- The 21 Money IQ™ team welcomes members from all backgrounds, beliefs, and locations and is committed to creating a safe space for our users across all pillars of diversity.
- The 21 Money IQ™ team will listen to feedback from parents, school personnel, learners, and public users and will, to the best of its ability, make changes accordingly.
- The 21 Money IQ™ team will create and enforce policies to create a high-quality, trusted, and safe community for learning. This may include removing content or users from the platform.
- The 21 Money IQ™ team will respond promptly to questions and issues that arise.
Finally, we ask that all members assume the best intentions in others. When something goes wrong, whether it's a technical glitch, an email without a response, or something else, we ask that you share feedback in a constructive way.
